Booking & Payment Policy:

At the time of booking, a $75 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time (this is included in your package). This retainer is paid by using this website, Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash app when booking your appointment.   

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot (Honeybook invoice, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and/or cash). If you do NOT pay in full after the session has concluded, you will not receive proofs and any image viewing until payment is completed. 

Session Time & Lateness:

Please arrive MAKEUP & HAIR READY. The time you booked for is the time we start taking pictures. If you are still getting ready by the time your session starts, the full time length will not be accommodated.

STUDIO BOOKING POLICY:

All studio bookings are subject to time slot changes due to studio availability. 

Canceling & Rescheduling: 

The $75 retainer can be credited towards a future session if you reschedule the appointment by notifying me at least 24-72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

Weather Policy:

If weather conditions, such as rain, thunderstorms, or other serious weather events, prevent us from shooting outside, we’ll reschedule at no cost in accordance with our above-stated policy. However, please note that we will still proceed with the shoot if there is wind, clouds, etc. In all cases, location and weather-related rescheduling decisions are at the sole discretion of the photographer

Turnaround Time:

You will receive image proofs within 1 day of the shoot. Image proofs are unedited and watermarked. 7 Business Day Edit Turnaround, the period begins after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by client and photographer is notified via email.

Editing:

The photographer does not alter body shape when editing nor copy edits from other photographers. If you are looking for signficant photoshop changes or edits, there will be a add on per photo starting at $15

Final Proofs:

Once the final gallery is sent to you, you will have access to the gallery for 6 year after the date. Once a year is up, the gallery link will be unavailable, so make sure you download all of your images. This includes purchasing your raw images as well.

Media & Commerical

By agreeing to the terms, you agree to let the photographer use any and all photos taken for portfolio, product and creative usage. You also agree to hold no commerical or copy rights to any photos taken unless given expressed written consent by the photographer.
